Since the release of Synthesis almost 3 weeks ago, PoE have been given plenty of feedback about what players are liking and not liking during their playthrough of the league. This has not only prompted many patches that are already deployed, but also a lot of internal discussion that has resulted in a pretty large-scale set of changes that PoE intend to deploy this week. Today MmoGah will showcase 5 solid league starter builds for Path of Exile: Synthesis League. Anything from great boss killers with high single target damage to fast mappers with great aoe, all on a reasonable budget. Most of them rather beginner friendly too, but make sure to read the guides properly before you settle on a build guide.
Path of Exile: Synthesis has already launched on March 8th on PC, March 11 on Xbox One and will launch mid-March on PlayStation 4. This new update and expansion is a festival for all Path of Exile players. Path of Exile have just published the full patch notes for PoE: Synthesis! With PoE update 3.6.0, there are Standard, Hardcore and Solo Self-Found variations of the Synthesis challenge league available. They have the same core mechanics and items. You can create private league versions of these leagues, with mods that make the game harder. Read more.
Tomorrow Path of Exile is releasing the full patch notes for Path of Exile: Synthesis. In the meantime, PoE’d like to talk about some of the major balance changes PoE has planned for the expansion and what the intentions are. The team has written a Development Manifesto to outline these changes. The balance changes mostly focus on handcasting spells, though many of these changes do affect other systems in the game.
