Path of Exile Development Manifesto: Balance in Synthesis

Tomorrow Path of Exile is releasing the full patch notes for Path of Exile: Synthesis. In the meantime, PoE’d like to talk about some of the major balance changes PoE has planned for the expansion and what the intentions are. The team has written a Development Manifesto to outline these changes.
