- Start forming a 4L with Impale, Infused Channelling, and Fortify.

- When you get a 5 or 6L body armour, add Brutality and Pulverise.

Helmet:

Dread BannerDashVaal GraceIncreased Duration

- Dash is a great movement skill.

- Vaal Grace is a temporary chance to avoid damage. You can use it on bosses.

- Dread Banner reduces enemies' accuracy for more survivability and also grants more chances to impale.

Gloves:

Petrified BloodBlood and SandPrideEnlighten

- Petrified Blood will basically cut your health in half because it only allows you to be above half Life with flasks. But that's not as bad as you might think.

- Petrified Blood also causes hits to only deal 60% instant damage on you. 76% of the 40% remaining will be applied over time. For example, if you take 1000 damage, you will take 600 instant damage and 304 damage over time.

- We'll keep 48% of our Life reserved. So every tiny hit will bring you to low Life, and trigger adrenaline for 100% increased damage, 10% reduced damage taken, and 25% increased attack and cast speed.

- Since Petrified Blood doesn't allow you to get Life above 50%, your Life will never be full because of the remaining 2%. This means that your Life leech will be permanent as soon as you hit enemies.

- But remember, when your adrenaline buff expires (20 seconds), you should use your Life flask to activate it again.

- Blood and Sand grants more area of effect or area damage depending on your stance. Use sand for clear and blood for bosses.

- Pride causes enemies to take more physical damage.

Boots:

Vaal Ancestral WarchiefAncestral ProtectorMultiple TotemsMaim

- Ancestral Warchief and Ancestral Protector grant awesome attack damage and speed buffs. Thanks to multiple totems, you can have the two buffs at the same time.

- They also cause bosses to take more damage by linked with Maim.

Sword:

Blood ragePoacher's MarkEnhance

- Blood rage grants a lot of extra attack speed and generates frenzy charges.

- Poacher's Mark is a curse that grants physical penetration, Life per hit, and frenzy charges generation. You can use it on bosses.

Herald of PurifyArroganceEnlighten

- Herald of Purify grants a lot more physical damage. It will reserve 48% of your Life, but you need a level 20 Arrogance, and a level 2 Enlighten.
