PoE 3.13 Builds: Bleed Bow Build – Deadeye Ranger

Dear exiles, today, the Professional Gaming Site MmoGah will share Daniel Toledo's useful PoE Build - Bleed Bow Build Deadeye Ranger with you. Now let's jump into this build.

image

Equipment

Mandatory items prices: (usually vary over time)

1 Haemophilia = 2 Chaos Orbs

Reason to use Haemophilia mandatorily:

- These gloves grant "Bleeding Enemies you kill Explode," increasing your clear speed.

- They also grant a 25% Chance to cause bleeding with attacks and 25% increased Damage over Time.

Look for these stats on rare items:

Physical Damage

Bleeding Damage

Damage over Time

Evasion

Elemental Resistances

Life

Recommended Uniques:

Assalium

(This is a game-changer Helmet that multiplies your Bleeding DPS. It grants Snipe, which gives you up to 720% more bleeding Damage. Unfortunately, this Helmet is expensive, and most of you will have to farm many maps to buy it. But don't worry, I'll also give you budget options to use while saving your PoE Currency. Put this Helmet as your top priority. Don't spend any currency on Fancy Bows or Quivers before buying this Helmet. Not using this helmet results in some Gem Setup alterations.)

Starkonja's Head

Lioneye's Glare

The Crimson Storm

Drillneck

Kintsugi

Recommended Flasks

Divine Life Flask

Quicksilver Flask

Diamond Flask

Jade Flask

Sulphur Flask

Bottled Faith

Showcase

Setup 1 (HAVE the Assailum Helmet)

About this setup

Bow: This is the Split Arrow setup. This one is for Clearing Maps. Start forming a 4L with Vicious Projectiles, Chance to Bleed, and Chain. When you get a 5 or 6L Bow, you can add Brutality and Deadly Ailments.

Chest: This Ensnaring Arrow Totem setup grants a lot of interesting buffs to our Damage. They intend to be used on Bosses. For starters, the Ensnaring Arrow itself causes enemies to take 3 times more Bleeding Damage. It's Linked to Maim, so it also causes enemies to take 14% increased Physical Damage. And last but not least, those 3 Totems hit a lot of times per second, granting bosses to be with 3 Rupture stacks (75% more Bleeding Damage) all the time.

Helmet: This is your single target damage. It's linked in your Assailum Helmet, so your Snipe Skill'll trigger it. Just channel the Snipe skill until it gets 6 Stages, release it or Bosses and watch them melt.

Gloves: Malevolence grants 20% more Damage over time. Herald of Purity grants 12% more Physical Damage. War Banner causes enemies to take 11% increased Physical Damage.

Boots: Dash is an awesome movement skill. Poacher's Mark causes enemies to have -20% physical damage reduction. It also adds 30-45 physical damage to hits against marked enemies. Steelskin gives you a shield that absorbs Damage. Please keep it in your Left-Click shortcut so you'll activate it while walking.

Setup 1 (DON'T HAVE the Assailum Helmet)

About this setup

Chest: This is your Single Target setup. Start forming a 4L with Vicious Projectiles, Brutality, and Deadly Ailments. When you get a 5 or 6L Body Armour, add Swift Affliction and Chance to Bleed.

Helmet: This Ensnaring Arrow Totem setup grants a lot of interesting buffs to our Damage.

PoE 3.13 Builds: Barrage Deadeye – Tornado Shot Build

Dear exiles, the new league Ritual has been underway for a week, and many players have good responses. Today the professional PoE Shop will share RattoSexy's Deadeye build with you, which is very hot and useful for the Ritual league.

image

Pros and Cons

+ Very cheap (less than 1 Exalted Orb is enough)

+ Great clear speed

+ Fast

+ You will not feel alone (thanks to mirage archers)

+ Very good life leech

- No reflect maps

- Can do no leech maps

- Squishy

- You will need to get used to dodging most of the stuff

Mechanics

- For bossing, we use the new mirage archer ascendancy on a barrage gem setup. I tried it, and it boosts our damage by a lot. If we want to be a lot more tanky, we can use the windward ascendency, losing damage but boosting our effective life pool by a lot!

- Since we are using point black and chin sol, we need to stay close to bosses to deal serious damage. This can be a risk, so you'll need some practice to evade most lethal attacks.

- We are running a Phys to cold conversion build with some cold gains, so the more cold gains we can get, the best the build gets!

- We are running Vaal pact to have no life regen, so we need to be always in the fight. Also, if we are running labyrinths, the ryslatha minor pantheon can be useful.

Bandits

Kill them all. The 2 passives skills points are just too good.

Pantheon

Major: Lunaris, since we are an evasion/dodge build, the buffs that it grants are the best we can obtain.

Minor: Ryslsatha for the life flask regen, we are using Vaal pact, and having the life flask always up will save our ass a lot.

Ascendancy

Ricochet -> Endless Munitions -> Gathering Winds -> Occupying Force/Wind Ward

Gear

The gear shown is only for the cheaper version of the build. Go to the POB to see the expensive one.

Bow:

We'll use the chin sol, as it is very cheap and works well with point-blank.

Quiver:

Asphyxia's wrath costs almost nothing, and the gain of cold damage is just too good.

Gloves:

The Hrimsorrow are needed to convert our physical damage into cold damage.

Helmet:

Starkonja's is the way to go, cheap, gives many good stats, and is cheap.

Body Armour:

Either a 6L or a tabula rasa will be good if you can go for the 6L.

For rings, boots, amulet, and belt, try to get some decent rares with:

Life – resistances – cold damage – increased elemental damage.

(On boots, try to get at least 30% movement speed)

Flasks:

A life flask with immunity to bleed and instant recovery

A quicksilver flask with increased effect and immunity to freeze

A diamond flask with immunity to curses

A taste of hate

An atziri's promise

Gems

Tornado Shot

Tornado shot – Added Cold Damage – Hypothermia – chain support – Inspiration support – Elemental damage with attacks

Barrage

Barrage – Added Cold Damage – Hypothermia – Mirage archer/Faster Attacks –Inspiration support – Elemental damage with attacks

Aura

Hatred – Herald of ice – Precision – Enlighten

Debuff/Movement

Wave of conviction – sniper's mark-dash – second wind support

Anointment

Freedom of movement is cheap and gives us the possibility to gain phasing.
